Service Description
THIS IS A 6 WEEK GROUP CLASS 1st class I ask for owners to come WITHOUT their dogs so we can talk about safety and management Ruffian K9 Training specializes in helping dogs who display reactivity, over excitement, and other "embarrassing" traits. If you have an "unruly" or have been told you have a 'bad" dog you may feel very isolated and restricted with activities to undertake with them. Our Bad dog group classes were formed with inclusion and achievable results in mind. As well as meeting like minded individuals in a supportive, controlled environment. 6 week course taking place at the Hound Lounge Saskatoon location Purpose: To help you help your dog learn to feel safe AND behave in a relaxed manner around other dogs and to give you the tools in order to advocate for your dog. You will develop essential skills in a safe and controlled environment – Only 5 dogs per session, a smaller class size means more individualized guidance and feedback to our human students. Learn to replace your dog’s current undesirable behaviours of lunging, barking, snapping, when presented with triggers Learn Emergency Behaviours and Safe Handling– to prepare you and your dog to get out the potential sticky situations quickly, effortlessly, without incident Learn how to work WITH your dog – to strengthen your bond and trust as you work through this challenge as a team
